Ben is a brilliant fishmonger based in Colchester, Essex. He only works with day boats and his fish is the freshest in town. If you would like a whole fish for a special occasion, let us know and we can find out what is available. We can source, amongst others: Line Caught Sea Bass, Turbot, Dover Sole, Lemon Sole, Skate, Lobsters, Whole Crab etc.
